Custom jewelry, handbags or accessories on layaway that have been placed into production after 50% of the balance is paid cannot be cancelled and are ineligible for a return or exchange due to the personalized and individualized nature of the item(s).
Custom jewelry, handbags or accessories cancelled after 30 mins and production has not been started, your refund will be subject to LESS a 20% fee. This can be issued as a store credit to be used within 365 days.

REPAIRS & WARRANTY
In the event that a design purchased through www.casalovina.com or at a pop-up/market/trade show location becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment we will repair/replace (subject to availability*) it within 30 days of order/purchased. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Casa Lovina.
IMPORTANT NOTE : We no longer accept any repairs inquiry at pop-up/market/trade show locations. Items purchased through other retailers or a third-party vendor (outside of CasaLovina.com and/or CasaLovina Pop-Up Market) will not be covered under Casa Lovina's warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
All repair inquiry must be submitted via email at [email protected] along with clear pictures of the item that needs to be repaired, you must also attach a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

We also don’t recommend wearing your jewelry in water, especially chlorinated pools, salt water and hot tubs.
Be sure to remove your pieces before sleeping and when applying cosmetics, perfumes, sprays, creams, oils and hand sanitizers.

- U.S.A exchanges: Buyers are resposible for the shipping cost of the goods being send back to them. A separate invoice will be sent upon shipping your exchanged goods.
- International buyers : Our 30-day return policy is extended to a 60-day return window until further notice. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered.

- Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at [email protected] . We will not accept packages without an RWO number.
- Include the RWO number in the return shipping address or at the drop off location.
- For minor repairs it can take 2 - 4 weeks to be completed (subject to part availability*) ; for more severe damage products that require soldering, welding or stone settings it can take between 4 - 8 weeks to be completed (subject to part availability*)
- Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
- We will send you an invoice upon completion and service/shipping invoice has to be paid before we release your goods.
- PLEASE NOTE: chain breaks are not considered to be defective products and earrings are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
