- We are now offering FREE "contactless curb-side pickup". Call us when you arrive with your order number, and we will bring your order to your car.
- Curb-side pickup : Casa Lovina HQ Studio which is located in Leslieville. Make sure to choose "IN-STORE PICK UP" during checkout. There is NO Deadlines for curb-side pick up.

Canada Post suspended on-time delivery guarantees on March 18, 2020 due to the unique circumstances they are operating in this year. The suspensions remain in effect up until the current date. If you experience shipping delays (either via Lettermail, Expedited Mail, Regular Parcel, Small Parcel U.S.A or International) please note that this situation is beyond our control as Canada Post is working hard to deliver the goods to you.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Most purchases within U.S.A/Canada will arrive within 7 to 14 business days once your order has been processed. International orders can take up to 30 days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add hello@casalovina to your safe sender list.
If you required faster mailing service or International parcel with tracking please contact us with your request. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify us within 30 mins, otherwise we cannot fulfilled your request.

Casa Lovina shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from loss of the package after it is delivered to the address chosen by the customer, in the manner chosen by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and applicable federal and provincial sales taxes.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via CANADA POST Small Package International Air with no tracking or DHL International/Canada Post with tracking (additional cost). Any "free shipping" event will be shipped using CP Small Package International Air with no tracking.
Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. or APO Boxes at this time.

Please remember that once we drop off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in Canada Post's hands.
