What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Most purchases within U.S.A/Canada will arrive within 7 to 14 business days once your order has been processed. International orders can take up to 30 days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together.
If you required faster mailing service or International parcel with tracking please contact us with your request. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify us within 30 mins, otherwise we cannot fulfilled your request .
Do you ship Internationally?

Sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. or APO Boxes at this time.
Will I be charged sales tax?
- If your order is shipping within Ontario, 13% HST sales tax will apply.
- Customer from all other provinces are responsible for their own local sales tax, if applicable.

What if an item is SOLD OUT?
Items sold out are usually not re-stocked. If we know that re-stock is coming we will indicate so in the product information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy for online purchases?
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You may return item(s) to Casa Lovina for exchange, store credit or refund. Include your order number and indicate the item(s) you wish to return, the return reason and the items(s) you would like to exchange, if applicable.
The item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Casa Lovina reserves the right to determine whether or not item(s) returned is in its unused original condition.
All returns packages must be received within 14 days (for Canadian & U.S.A customers) and 30 days (for International customers) of the date your order shipped from us.
~ This policy applies only for Canada & U.S.A buyer.
~ No refund for International buyer, only store credit.
*Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international exchanges at this time.

Provided the return meets our criteria, returns are refunded in the original payment form and price, less tax, shipping and handling.
It is buyer responsible for all charges incurred to return the item back to Casa Lovina as well it is the buyer’s choice what method of shipment they use to return the item. If the item is lost in transit, Casa Lovina is not responsible and will no grant a refund/exchange until the return is received.
NOTE: After 14 days (for Canada & U.S.A customers) or 30 days (for International customers), Casa Lovina cannot accept returns and all clearance items are FINAL.
Please note that all of our ikat and tenun is hand woven and batik is hand drawn.
We will not accept exchanges or returns based on slight variations in the weave, color and layout of fabric pattern that may differ from photos on the website. These differences in the pattern and in the finished products are completely normal and ensure that your piece is unique.
All underwear and swimwear sales are final due to hygienic reasons, No Returns. Please check your sizing with us before purchase. Thank you.
